Seven Mountains Media | General Contest Rules
The following rules apply to all contests, both on-air and off-air, on all Seven Mountains Media radio stations (hereafter “STATION”), unless otherwise specified in contest-specific rules.
Who Can Enter
You must be 18 or older to enter. Contests are open to legal U.S. residents. Entry is available to all eligible participants, including those accessing Seven Mountains Media stations via on-air broadcast, official station apps, or online streaming platforms. Employees of Seven Mountains Media, contest sponsors, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
If a prize is won by someone under 18 (when permitted), a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and sign any required forms.
Contests are void where prohibited by law.
How Entry Works
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Only one winner or qualifier per household is permitted every 30 days.
Prizes
Prizes may be awarded in person, by mail, or electronically and may be fulfilled by Seven Mountains Media or sponsors. STATION is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, or unreceived prizes after release or transfer.
Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless stated. STATION may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning, or by the close of business on the business day immediately preceding an event or concert prize, whichever occurs first. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Winners should contact the station office for business hours.
Winners may be required to present valid photo ID and complete a prize release form.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Seven Mountains Media, its corporate affiliates, sponsors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liability, loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation in the contest or acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.
Taxes
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. A W-9, prize release, and valid photo ID may be required at any time and are required for total annual winnings of $2,000 or more from Seven Mountains Media.
Publicity
By entering, you grant Seven Mountains Media and sponsors rights to use your name, voice, likeness, image, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media. Minors require parental or guardian consent.
Data & Privacy
When you enter a contest, we collect basic information such as your name, contact information, and entry details. We may share this information with contest sponsors to assist with prize fulfillment, winner verification, and marketing communications where permitted by law. Once shared, sponsors will handle your information according to their own privacy policies. By entering, you consent to this data sharing unless otherwise restricted by applicable law.
Social Media
Contests run by STATION are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or any other social media platform used in connection with a promotion. By participating in a contest promoted through a social media platform, entrants release such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the promotion.
Technical Issues
Seven Mountains Media is not responsible for technical, internet, app, phone, computer, transmission, or other system issues that may affect entry, participation, notification, or prize fulfillment.
Disqualification
Seven Mountains Media reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates contest rules, uses multiple accounts, automated systems, bots, or engages in disruptive or unfair conduct. All station decisions regarding contests, winners, and eligibility are final.
Changes to Promotion
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests and update these rules at any time. Full station contest rules and any contest-specific rules govern all promotions and are available upon request or where posted.
