Miller is accused of taking the money over time, impacting multiple organizations, and the case is now moving through the court system.Drivers across the region are also feeling the pinch at the pump. According to Triple A, gas prices are on the rise, with averages around $3.75 in Clearfield County, about $3.78 in Clarion County, and roughly $3.63 in Jefferson County, with statewide averages now pushing into the mid-3-dollar range.And in Jefferson County, more than $462,000 dollars in funding has been awarded to support the county’s 9-1-1 center.
