Officials say one person suffered minor injuries, but no other details have been released. The investigation is ongoing. A man from Ohio is facing charges for allegedly threatening a Berks County lawmaker. Fifty-eight-year-old Kenneth Yochum is accused of leaving a threatening voicemail for Pennsylvania State Representative Mark Gillen last December. Yochum reportedly said in the voicemail that "blood will roll" if Pennsylvania "thinks they're going to come after" his guns. He has been released on 50-thousand-dollars bail with a court appearance in Berks County scheduled next month.
