LEBANON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS GAVE UNANIMOUS APPROVAL LAST WEEK FOR A NEW, CRITICALLY IMPORTANT PHASE 10-C OF THE PROJECT THAT, UNTIL RECENTLY, RAIL TRAIL GRANT WRITER TOM KOTAY SAID THEY WEREN'T SURE THEY COULD MAKE HAPPEN:          {KOTAY0422-A}-------- :30 SEC........... SWATARA STATE PARK          HE SAID ON A TYPICAL SUMMER WEEKEND, UPWARDS OF A THOUSAND PEOPLE CROSS LICKDALE ROAD.   WHILE SOME PROPERTY DETAILS ARE STILL BEING IRONED OUT, KOTAY SAID THEY'RE RACING TO MEET A STATE GRANT DEADLINE AT THE END OF THIS MONTH.  HE PLACES CONSTRUCTION COSTS AROUND 600-THOUSAND DOLLARS.   First responders in Lancaster County were called to a crash involving a school bus on Wednesday.  Lancaster Township police said a school bus was the third vehicle struck in a chain-reaction crash at Abbeyville and Schoolhouse Roads shortly after 3:30 p.m.  One person in another vehicle was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.  The crash is being investigated.  One person is injured after a vehicle crashed into a house in Lancaster County yesterday afternoon.  Authorities said a pickup truck and SUV collided at the intersection of Route 501 and Farm Lane in Warwick Township, with the impact causing one of the vehicles to slam into a nearby home.  Officials say one person suffered minor injuries, but no other details have been released. The investigation is ongoing. A man from Ohio is facing charges for allegedly threatening a Berks County lawmaker.  Fifty-eight-year-old Kenneth Yochum is accused of leaving a threatening voicemail for Pennsylvania State Representative Mark Gillen last December.  Yochum reportedly said in the voicemail that "blood will roll" if Pennsylvania "thinks they're going to come after" his guns.  He has been released on 50-thousand-dollars bail with a court appearance in Berks County scheduled next month.
