Environmental cleanup work is expected to continue into June.Meanwhile, Titusville is taking steps toward becoming more autism-inclusive. Community members raised more than five-thousand dollars to install new communication boards at parks and schools designed to help non-speaking individuals communicate more easily. Organizers say the project was inspired by local families raising awareness about autism support and accessibility.And a proposed Pennsylvania law would ban students from using cell phones throughout the school day.
