Congressman Nick Langworthy is moving his district office from Market Street in Corning to downtown Elmira, effective Monday. Langworthy says the new space inside the Chemung County Building offers much-needed security and better positioning to serve constituents.And a Steuben County veteran is being honored at the state capital.
